Booking Rules
- All appointments must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
- Same-day bookings are not available.
- Any last-minute appointment openings will be announced only on Facebook and Instagram, and can be booked exclusively through those channels.
1. Booking Policy
• All appointments must be booked in advance.
• A £15 non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your appointment.
• Appointments without a paid deposit may be automatically cancelled.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
To respect my time and other clients, please follow the cancellation rules:
• Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
• If you wish to change your appointment time, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. After this time, a new deposit will be required.
3. No-Show Policy
• If you fail to attend your appointment without any notice (no-show), your deposit will be lost, and you may be required to pay the full treatment price before rebooking any future sessions.
4. Late Arrival
• Please arrive on time.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened or cancelled to avoid delays for other clients.
• In either case, the full cost of the treatment still applies.
5. Payments
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the treatment.
• Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or other available methods provided during booking.
6. Health & Contraindications
• Please inform me of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or recent surgeries before your appointment.
• I reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is unsafe or unsuitable for your health condition.
7. Therapist Rights
• I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, deposits will be transferred to a new date.
8. Client Behaviour
• Any inappropriate behaviour or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session.
• The full price of the treatment will still apply, and the client may be refused future services.
9. Privacy Policy
• All personal information shared during booking or treatment will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
10. Acceptance of Terms
• By booking an appointment with SaQrum Ritual, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
